NOT-SO-FLATTERING FEEDBACK

Everyone always writes the good stuff that their clients say about them.  But what about the bad stuff? No one gets it right all the time.  So, in an attempt to be 100% honest with you, here's the not-so-great stuff that clients have said to us:

Glad they were happy but that was a fair point. Business grew 130% this last year, so some things took a bit longer than they should have. We have now increased our staff to five chartered accountants and one accounting technician to cope with the increased workload.

Well, that's it so far. That's the naked truth.  We have systems in place to check things, but mistakes happen occasionally because there are humans involved.  Nonetheless, we try to minimise these and take on-board any criticism so that we can improve.
