ABOUT EPSOMTAX.COMMore and more NZers are thinking about their retirement and passive income. How do you account for the profits or losses on your rental property correctly? How do you know what to claim and what not to? That's where we come in. For peace of mind, talk to us today about your rental property accounts.
After returning from a year living in Belize, Central America, we started EpsomTax.com Limited as a boutique specialist property accounting firm. We have a processing/coding team of 5-6 and a filing/checking team with 1-2. All are either chartered accountants or accounting technicians.
Our first office, setup in 2008, was situated in Epsom. We are based out of two Auckland locations (Papakura/Takanini and Parnell) and one in the Bay of Plenty (Te Puke). We care for the annual tax returns of hundreds of Kiwis just like you; in fact, over 99% of our clients have investment property. |

The principal of EpsomTax.com, Garreth Collard, is a professional member of IMA, the Association of Accountants and Financial Professionals in Business. As such, he abides by the IMA Code of Ethics.
And as a Corporate Member of the New Zealand Trustees Association, EpsomTax.com abides by the Code of Conduct for trustees. "It's not easy being green." At EpsomTax.com, we try our best to be environmentally friendly. How so? We shred and recycle as much as possible, and instead of printing mountains of paper - or getting you to do that - we try to use electronic copies wherever possible. After our initial meeting, we aim to do everything via Skype, the web, email and telephone. We set our printers, screens and computers to "sleep" when not being used to reduce power.
Why? If we don't have to drive to see each other and do all that printing and use so much power, then we reduce pollution a little. It's the little things that each one of us does each and every day that help to save the planet. Lastly, we're also a member of Neighbourly. It's an informative, private, and safe way to keep up with what's happening in your neighbourhood. |
