Here's how to calculate the original price of an item or service when all you have is the GST amount (at 15%):

For the GST exclusive price: Multiply the GST amount by 6.66666666
e.g. $6.52 x 6.66666666 = $43.47

For the GST inclusive price: Multiply the GST amount by 7.6666666
e.g. $6.52 x 7.66666666 = $49.99
