After returning from a year living in Belize, Central America, we started EpsomTax.com Limited as a boutique specialist property accounting firm. We have a processing/coding team of 5-6 and a filing/checking team of 4. All are either chartered accountants or accounting technicians.
Our main office, setup in 2008, is situated in Epsom. Our other Auckland locations are Papakura/Takanini and Parnell, and we have an office in the Bay of Plenty (Te Puke).
We care for the annual tax returns of many hundreds of Kiwis just like you; in fact, over 99% of our clients have investment property.

"It's not easy being green."
At EpsomTax.com, we try our best to be environmentally friendly. How so? We shred and recycle as much as possible, and instead of printing mountains of paper - or getting you to do that - we try to use electronic copies wherever possible. After our initial meeting, we aim to do everything via Skype, the web, email and telephone. We set our printers, screens and computers to "sleep" when not being used to reduce power.
Why? If we don't have to drive to see each other and do all that printing and use so much power, then we reduce pollution a little. It's the little things that each one of us does each and every day that help to save the planet.
Lastly, we're also a member of Neighbourly. It's an informative, private, and safe way to keep up with what's happening in your neighbourhood.
As a firm, we want to make sure that we give back to the community. At least six of our staff spend two days every week helping as unpaid volunteers in their local community, usually in social/humanitarian work. Another two staff members spend a half day each week doing the same. It's just another way we can help our communities.
